In this episode, we’ll go over the best direct mail strategies to generate leads to get more deals.Direct mail marketing is an effective strategy to reach out to buyers or sellers and establishing a relationship.Mail works because no one can unsubscribe to their physical mailbox.It has a higher open rate than email as long as your letter or postcard is interesting. Your direct mail material should stand out so that the recipients are interested enough to open and read it.The key to a successful campaign is to continually do A/B testing or split testing.Split test until you find a campaign that has the best response rates and do it over again until it stops giving results.Your mailing list will determine how successful you are.You can send a really bad mail piece to a really good list and still do well, but if you send a really great mail piece to a really bad list you'll do awful. There’s always different ways to do things in real estate and I’m really fortunate to be able to hear those every day and every day is a different adventure with a different real estate investor. So is a full-service print house for real estate investors where you can walk through an entire campaign from doing a post cards, or letters buying list. You can even add cold calling to your direct mail campaign. ![]() So let’s say you wanted to set up a campaign that lasts for the next year, you could do that with multiple drops.
